Juhani Tonteri (21) was the second best player in Brunswick Ballmaster Open qualification on Tuesday. He kept the result level almost until end over 200 and ended to the score 1311. At the moment it gives him the 11th place.

Juhani Tonteri has played already years on top level and also in Finnish Youth National team couple of times. Ballmaster Open is his favourite in Finland and he enjoyed bowling also today.
- I wish that this is enough for the finals, but in any case I will come back to qualify at least once. Just for to keep the touch and see how the lanes will change, Juhani Tonteri told.
- I started ok also in my first squad here, but last games went to the “forest” when I moved to the other end of the centre. Now every thing went well, even I started the last game badly. Strikes at the end saved that game, Juhani smiled.

Tonteri convinced that he is satisfied to the lane conditions and the result level.
- I think that this is really good. Lanes are not too difficult, but in there is still work to do, because of differences between the lanes and the new pins. It’s good that the results are not rising very much, he said.

Juhani Tonteri is very calm sport man and that is on of his aces in the game.
- Absolutely it is. When you have peace in your mind, it’s also influencing your bowling. I’m not loosing my nerves on the lanes. If you do, it just gives you problems, when adrenalin is running to your blood. That is only destroying your own bowling and also the disturbing the other once.

The score 1311 brought Juhani Tonteri on the 11th place. Kimmo Lehtonen is still leading with his score 1405. After Tuesday there are 233 bowlers on the result list.
