Time to say – thank you

39th Brunswick Ballmaster Open is behind us and every one of us has had time to melt the experiences and to rest after it. The tournament got an end it deserved when Pasi Uotila took his third victory in Ballmaster Open after very exciting final.

Now its time to say: “Thank you”.

The biggest thanks I want to give to all of our participants, from 8 years old Maria Koshel and the second generations Ballmaster Open player little Marcus Bergendorff to the Bowlers of The Year Nina Flack and Dominic Barrett. It was a great pleasure to follow the performances, meet good friends from all over Finland, Europe and the world. And most of all, to live inside the Tali’s atmosphere, which you players and spectators built up.

My warmest thanks also to all sponsors and Kimmo who between all his big bowling center projects had power and time to make the tournament possible in that scale. From now its good to start the road to the 2010 anniversary tournament. I am waiting for the 40th Ballmaster Open with a big curiousness.

My last flowers I want to send to the small but intense group behind the work. First of all to our new tournament director, Sami Luoto. “Chief” is always the chief. Thanks to Kari Virtanen, who jumped in to our team in the middle of “flight” and took care of lane reference.
The family Manninen, Timo Palermaa, Magnus Lönnroth, Kari Hellström, the crew of Tali… Short list, but lots of working hours and big ventures in the “game” - thank you!

Next autumn we will suddenly see that the year has past away fast and that we are in front of a new tournament, hopefully all of us ready to make the anniversary Ballmaster Open. I wish you all a pleasant winter time, nice moments on the lanes – see you in the bowling centers.
