Brunswick Ballmaster Open will have a new reservation system. It is already well know to most players from Euro Challenge. We will have the system ready in few days.

As soon as everything is ready, players are able to make their reservation thems selves, if they have own e-mail address in use. All reservations will be updated directly to the tournament web site. Players are able to make also changes until December 3rd 2008. After that players can only cancel their re-entry reservations. After the mentioned date the first reservation can only be cancelled by e-mail to ballmaster@ballmaster.fi or by phone +358 400 503 597.

Players who don't have an e-mail address, can make reservations by phone to the same phone number.

We still take care of the hotel reservations to the official hotel, City Resort Flamingo. It is situated near the airport and shopping center. In Flamingo you can find a spa, lots of restaurants, shops, 20 lanes bowling center and many other activities. We will have transportation to players from Tali to Flamingo as often as we can.

While making hotel reservations remember; name/names, date of arrival and departure, room size, number of rooms and the credit card number for quarantie. Reservations can be made by e-mail to the address ballmaster@ballmaster.fi
